You choose the level of inspection needed.

A typical commercial real estate field inspection can require between 3 hours to multiple days, depending on the size of the building and the scope of work outlined in the clients contract. Your commercial property inspection may be conducted by one or more inspection professionals, depending on the condition, size, and complexity of the project. The report is generated within 1 to 3 days of the inspection. The report includes photographs illustrating the condition of the property as well as any repairs or upgrades that are recommended.
