Over 30 years hands on experience as a licensed builder and construction inspector have provided me with a wide range of knowledge and expertise in building inspection of construction projects ranging from single family homes, condominiums, custom estates, tenant improvements and remodeling, retail and commercial developments, hotel and motel projects to resorts; from the ground up to finish fixturising and furnishing.
